Cette formation vous permettra d’acquérir les méthodes et outils pratiques pour apprendre à construire, mettre en œuvre et mener à bien son projet : argumentaire, inventaire des ressources, tableaux de bord de gestion, plannings, bilan et évaluation.
La formation s’appuie sur les expériences et les projets des participants.
Formation en 2 séances ; participation aux 2 séances obligatoire.
