On vous propose un stage un peu différent, qui ne nécessité aucune base en contemporain mais qui vient développer votre corporalité pour votre danse.
Lisvet nous fait le plaisir de proposer un stage centrer sur l’expression, le corps et la musique. Formée à Cuba elle vous accompagnera dans la recherche de vos mouvements. L’idée finale est de pouvoir faire une « chorée » sur les rythmes afrocubains en mixant contemporain et salsa.
